DPRK FM has talks with Chinese FM
  Talks were held between Choe Son Hui, Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and Foreign Minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, and Wang Yi, Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Foreign Minister of the People's Republic of China, at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing on September the 28th.
  Choe Son Hui said the historic feats, international prestige at present and overall national power of the People's Republic of China have been clearly demonstrated through the celebrations marking the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War and added.
  At the meeting and talks between the top leaders held in the crucial period when the great changes take place in the external and internal circumstances of the DPRK and China key orientations and important guidelines corresponding to the changing situation and requirements of the times were clarified.
  The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said the feelings of friendship between the DPRK and China can not be changed no matter how the international situation may change and it is a steadfast position of the WPK and the government of the DPRK to further strengthen and develop the traditional friendly and cooperative relations between the DPRK and China, she stressed.
  She expressed the will to make positive efforts to intensifying and developing the friendly and cooperative relations between the DPRK and China in line with the spirit of the DPRK-China summit meeting and talk.
  She wished the Fourth Plenary Meeting of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China success and the Chinese people greater progress in their struggle for promoting in all-round way the building of a powerful state and national rejuvenation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core.
  Wang Yi said her visit is the first visit by the high-level delegation of the DPRK to China after the meeting of the top leaders of the two countries held on the occasion of the celebrations marking the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War and stressed that it is consistent and firm stand of the Chinese party and government to successfully defend, consolidate and develop the China-DPRK relations.
  He expressed an expectation that the visit will serve as an occasion in safeguarding the common interests of the two countries and further strengthen and develop mutual relations in line with the important common understandings reached by the top leaders of the two countries.
  At the talks, in-depth opinions on the international and regional issues were exchanged and consensus of views reached.
  Present at the talks on the DPRK side were the DPRK Foreign Minister and her party, and Ri Ryong Nam, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the DPRK to China, and on Chinese side officials of the foreign ministry of China including Vice Foreign Minister Sun Weidong.
