19th National Machine Design Festival opens
It was attended by officials, designers, teachers, researchers, technicians and three-revolution team members of over 80 units across the country.
Displayed in the festival were designs of hundreds of pieces of machinery and equipment and production processes, and more than 200 products and models.
During the festival, there will be held a multidimensional design contest, technical presentation and prize contest of design support programs.
The opening ceremony was held at the Okryu Exhibition House with the attendance of An Kyong Gun, Minister of Machine-Building Industry, officials concerned, officials of the exhibiting units and working people.
Vice-Premier Yang Sung Ho made an opening address.
After the ceremony, the participants looked round the venue of the festival.
