Regional-industry factories inaugurated in Sepho County
Regional-industry factories in Sepho County for the "Regional
Development 20×10 Policy" were inaugurated with due ceremony on the 20th.
Present at the inaugural ceremony were O Su Yong, General Economic Policy Adviser of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials of Kangwon Province and Sepho County, working people, soldier-builders and employees of the regional-industry factories.
O Su Yong made an inaugural address.
He said the increasing number of foundations for regional development applying modernity, civilization and profitability in Kangwon Province with a lot of monumental creations such as the sea of apple trees at the foot of Chol Pass, stockbreeding base on the vast Sepho tableland and power stations reflecting the spirit of self-reliance is a manifestation of the auspicious event convincing of the future of the province to be civilized and effloresced day after day.
He called on all the officials and working people to work more courageously in the van of the times as befitting the creators of the great Kangwondo spirit to implement the regional development policy of the Party with success and bring earlier the day when our beloved rising generations and people would enjoy a highly civilized and rich life.
Then, a speech was made.

After the ceremony, the participants looked round the factories fully equipped with modern production processes.
An art performance was given and fireworks were set off.
