Yombunjin Coastal Park Area inaugurated
A new entity of regional development was built in the Yombunjin area renowned as a scenic spot on the east coast from olden times.
The construction of the Yombunjin Haeyang Hostel which can sleep hundreds of guests and has comprehensive service facilities including cinema, shop, electronic recreation hall and wading pool, a bathing beach and so on provided the people with another base to fully enjoy socialist civilization at the cultural resort retaining the charm and peculiarity of the seashore.
An inaugural ceremony of the Yombunjin Coastal Park Area was held on the 21st.
Present there were senior officials of the Workers' Party of Korea and the government and other members of the central leadership body of the Party, officials of North Hamgyong Province and Kyongsong County, working people, builders and employees of the coastal park area.
Pak Myong Ho, Chairman of the North Hamgyong Provincial People's Committee, made an inaugural address.
He said the completion of the unique coastal park embodying the ever-developing Juche-oriented architecture and aesthetic view of our times is a fruition of the noble idea of the respected ComradeKim Jong Un that the creations welcomed by the people and representing the times should be built in different parts of the country and their number increased every year, and his energetic leadership.
Pak Thae Song, Premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, cut the inauguration tape together with officials and employees of the Yombunjin Haeyang Hostel.
After the ceremony, the participants looked round different places of the Yombunjin Coastal Park Area.
