Congratulatory letter to respected Comrade Kim Jong Un from GAKC

The General Association of Koreans in China sent a congratulatory letter to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un on the 19th on the occasion of the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea.
The letter said:
The Ninth Congress of the WPK is the glorious congress to proudly review the past five years which have been turned into the great pioneering period for the comprehensive development of socialism and provide an important milestone in increasing the vigorous driving force for the strengthening and development of the Party and the overall prosperity of the state.
In the period of the 8th-term Party Central Committee, Kim Jong Un put forward the original ideas and theories of Party building including the five-point Party-building line in the new era. They are the most scientific, practical and immortal programmes and served as the fundamental source of the unprecedented miracles wrought in all fields by dynamically leading the all-people struggle for the implementation of the decisions of the Eighth Party Congress.
All the officials of the General Association of Koreans in China and other China-resident Koreans are full of enthusiasm to firmly arm themselves with the idea and spirit of the Ninth Congress of the WPK and build up the General Association into a reliable organization of overseas Koreans of the DPRK supporting the leadership of Kim Jong Un with single-minded loyalty.
The letter sincerely wished Kim Jong Un good health.
