Jo Yong Won, Member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and First Vice-President of the State Affairs Commission and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, met the delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation led by Minister Vladimir Kolokoltev that paid a courtesy call on him at the Pyongyang Assembly Hall on the 22nd.
