Senior Party and government officials significantly celebrated May Day with the working people at industrial establishments across the country on Friday.
Jo Yong Won, Member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, and other senior officials of the Party and government and officials of the Party and government organs at all levels visited the Sangwon Cement Complex, the Chollima Steel Complex, the Pyongyang Thermal Power Station and so on to congratulate the workers on the holiday.
They spent a pleasant time, watching sports and amusement games with the workers.
They called on all the working people to keep raising the spirit of fresh innovation, bold creation and steady progress and achieve remarkable successes in this year's struggle for implementing the decisions of the Ninth Congress of the WPK.
