DPRK FM has talks with Singaporean FM
  Choe Son Hui, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, had talks with Vivian Balakrishnan, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Singapore, at the Pyongyang Assembly Hall on the 26th.
  She expressed the stand of the DPRK government to strengthen and develop the DPRK-Singapore friendly and cooperative relations with a long history according to the aspirations and desires of the peoples of the two countries.
  Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan said the Singaporean government and people hope for further strengthened relations of friendship and cooperation with the DPRK and wished the Korean people greater successes in their efforts for prosperity of the country.
  Exchanged at the talks were the opinions on developing the bilateral relations in a many-sided way by strengthening exchanges and cooperation between the foreign ministries of the two countries and on some regional and international issues.
  Present at the talks from the DPRK side were Vice-Minister Pak Sang Gil and other officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ri Kil Song, DPRK Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Singapore, and from the Singaporean side was the party of the Foreign Minister.
  That evening, the DPRK Ministry of Foreign Affairs gave a reception in honour of the Singaporean Foreign Minister and his party.
