Singaporean FM leaves Pyongyang



Vivian Balakrishnan, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Singapore, and his party left Pyongyang on the 27th after visiting the Democratic People's Republic of Korea at the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK.
