Performance of schoolchildren given
The schoolchildren's performance "Forward toward the Future of a Powerful Country, Flying the Red Neckties" was given at the Youth Park Open-Air Theatre in the city of Pyongyang on the 5th to commemorate the 80th founding anniversary of the Korean Children's Union.
It was appreciated by Ju Chang Il, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Paek Un Chol, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, youth league officials, the participants in the celebrations of the 80th founding anniversary of the Korean Children's Union, members of the delegation of Korean schoolchildren in Japan and schoolchildren.
Put on the stage of the performance were colourful items showing the gratitude to the motherly Party which regards the policy for the rising generations as the most important of the state affairs and gives the best things to them and the bright and vivacious schoolchildren who are growing into future pillars in the socialist system of Korean style, realizing their dreams and hopes to their heart's content.
