Greetings to Philippine FM
Choe Son Hui, Foreign Minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a message of greetings to Foreign Minister Maria Theresa Parreno Lazaro on the 12th on the occasion of the 128th anniversary of the independence of the Philippines.
The message expressed the expectation that the relations between the two countries would develop on good terms.
