City of Hyesan face-lifted
In order to build up the city of Hyesan as befits a border town, the province gave precedence to the supply of materials while organizing building work and forces rationally.

Peculiar bus stops have been built in different parts of the city to promote the people's convenience in traffic, and the newly-installed street lamps add beauty to the streets at night.
The province pays attention to providing the citizens with clean ecological environment and cultural and emotional life while laying thousands of metres of water pipes and pushing ahead with the maintenance and repair of substructures.
