DPRK Premier makes field survey of different sectors
  Pak Thae Song, Member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and Premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, made a field survey of different sectors.
  He called at the Tukjang Youth Coal Mine under the Tukjang Area Coal Mining Complex and the Jenam Coal Mine under the Tokchon Area Coal Mining Complex to encourage the coal miners putting spurs into coal production.
  Looking round the production sites of the Pukchang Thermal Power Complex, he stressed the need to pay deep attention to the protection of ecological environment while raising the output per generator and economizing coal as much as possible.
  After making a field survey of the progress of the construction of the project for establishing C1 chemical industry, Pak Thae Song stressed the need to finish the construction of the new process planned this year in a qualitative way.
  At the Farm Machine Research Institute under the Agricultural Commission, he underscored the need to make researches into and introduce many modern and efficient farm machines suited to the physiographic characteristics and actual conditions of the country.
  The consultative meetings held on the spot discussed relevant issues, before taking necessary measures.
  Earlier, he called at the Ryonggang Stone Processing Factory to acquaint himself with the production and discuss problems to send more building stones to major construction projects.
