100th anniversary of formation of Down-with-Imperialism Union marked by working people's organizations

Working people's organizations held meetings for presenting impressions on the works of the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung on the 15th to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Down-with-Imperialism Union.
Present at the meetings were Ri Won Jong, Chairman of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea, Han Jong Hyok, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea, Jon Hyang Sun, Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Women's Union of Korea, officials of the working people's organizations, workers, trade unionists, agricultural workers and women's union members.
Speakers ardently praised the immortal exploits of Comrade Kim Il Sung who formed a revolutionary vanguard organization of new type, the first of its kind in the Korean history, and thus ushered in the origin of the Korean revolution and provided the glorious and historical root of the Workers' Party of Korea.
